Message	dead investment. There is not return except for the pleasure that it brings you. It's like in Cali, a lotta people can't afford the housing, but man can they afford to buy cars. And of course, they flip them every couple of years. Every second car is a Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz, etc. To be different, you'd have to drive either a Chev Cavalier or a Rolls Royce.
